Odd signing and certainly one I wasn't expecting but apparently pretty decent at dead balls, is this the end of Haunstrup?

Really good signing that. Presume he’ll be first choice so Dunk as back up. Haunstrup??
Also played for us back in 2012 but I don’t remember him at all.

Great, I wanted him last year when Iredale left so I'm happy with that.
He's versatile in the way Iredale was but primarily a left back so it's quite an interesting signing. I wonder if it has a knock on effect for Haunstrup?

Odd signing and certainly one I wasn't expecting but apparently pretty decent at dead balls, is this the end of Haunstrup? Odd? Why? Because we already have two left backs on the books and I am concerned that now we have a few senior defenders who's pace aren't at the levels of what they were

Lack of pace is fine if you're a good defender. Drop off, don't get too tight, etc etc.
The scum game was a fine example of elderly defending. First five minutes they did us for pace but after that our O.A.D's were masters of positioning and physiciality.

Yeah, seems an unnecessary signing on the face of it, considering we already have two LB's at the Club. Surely that means Haunstrup is leaving otherwise its a very odd signing.
Good player though with a wicked set-piece delivery.

He can play LB and CB if needed, so I wonder if it means Bennett isn't signing, and Haunstrup is out the door too. It's a very experienced back line forming.

A fantastic signing but an odd one, I'm sure by the end of the window the master plan will be in place and it won't even be questioned. But whilst we have 1 striker and 2 left backs signing another left back is odd

As others have said didn't think LB was a priority position but guess is that Haunstraup is on his way permanently or on loan.
Hopefully the first signing of a few this week!

Very happy with this one, adds quality from the left side and at set pieces. Another player full of league one experience which is only a good thing. Personally I wouldn’t be sad to see Haunstrup leave either on loan or on free after this signing.

I presume he wasn’t initially a target but the second we heard it was possible we decided it was an upgrade and had to pursue it.
Haundstrup will almost certainly move on now and DA and Dunk will battle it out at LB.
Do vaguely remember him on loan in the conference when he was a youngster.
Really carved out a career in the FL as a set piece specialist which is always valuable so I’m happy to have him.
Might be 32 but think it’s a good signing on a one year deal.
