Gone the way of Holroyd's hattrick. He was asked about it in the interview so clearly the media guy's at least aware. It was an underwhelming 1-month loan 11 years ago though so I'm not really sure it's worth dwelling on. How many appearances did he even make? I remember at least 2. Think he made 6 appearances in all

Maybe with the flexibility we need in players this means Harrison will start at least, as a winger. Good to have depth as we found last season

Good signing. Welcome Danny. My prediction for the season is that Harrison Dunk will end up as first choice wherever he plays on the pitch.

He doesn't immediately strike me as a Christian guy but he could be one of those bad bastard Christians who went to summer camps and played games like first to bleed but then came back in September and said nothing about their summer or pretended that they'd just done two weeks in Salou.

Good signing. It's not an odd signing if you have decided that Haunstrup is not div 1 quality. We know Danny Andrews is div 1 level.
If Haunstrup had signed on a one year deal, I doubt he would have been offered a new deal.
It will be a genuine battle for left back but also knowing he can slide into centre back and Harrison can go left mid/ wingback.
However, it may remain odd if there is no further recruitment, but I don't think that will be the case.

Good signing - a replacement for Jack Iredale who plays left back, centre back cover and good on set pieces. Imagine Haunstrup is on his way.

Signing makes good sense and gives us options to play different systems. He can play as a left back, a wing back, or left sided centre back in a three. He also has absolute wand of a left foot.

Yeah we've really struggled with strikers over the last few years. That Mullins bloke was playing non-league last season. Ironside bombed out to League 2 and Sam Smith can't even find a club. Probably the worse period for strikers I can remember.

Strikers generally sign later in the summer as they are more in demand and can afford to be choosy - no need to panic…

Do some people actually think we're coming to the end of our recruitment? Jesus effing wept.

Ideally you would want the bulk of the team in place for the Ipswich game, but given our budget/the competition for signings I would expect the recruitment process to go right through until the end of the window.

Yep, would be amazed if Haunstrup was kept on...... with these options on the left side I wonder if Broph will continue as an inverted winger on the right ? Anyway welcome back to the Mighty U`s Danny
