We've been told to expect a delivery date of December 1. That's when the copies will arrive in bulk to the club shop, so they'll be posted out to those who have pre-ordered shortly thereafter. Those who do pre-order could win a signed shirt: t.co/J99pM1f7k7

So the top 10 ended up being... 10. Victory over Aldershot as we pulled away from a potentially catastrophic relegation to regional football in 2007 9. Scott Rendell's 119th-minute (potentially offside) goal to send us back to Wembley in 2009 8. Promotion to League One in the 2020-21 season (the Lockdown Legends) 7. Securing ownership of the Abbey Stadium once again in 2022 6. Election to the Football League in 1970 5. Scaling the summit of the second tier courtesy of a 2-1 win over Ipswich at Portman Road in 1991 4. Claiming victory in the first Wembley play-off final in 1990 3. The Great Escape at the end of the 2022-23 season 2. FA Cup third-round victory over Newcastle at St James Park in the 2021-22 season 1. Returning to the Football League in 2014 thanks to a 2-1 Wembley triumph over Gateshead

Don't think I could argue with much of that, although I would have 1970 and election to the league higher than 6th.

Russ is your book only available at the club shop? Yes. The physical/invisible one, and the online one.

FINALLY finished this. Hats off to Russ on an excellent read and a brilliant trip down memory lane. The quotes, insights and details are spot on and I must admit I welled up a few times as so many great memories came flooding back. You have made a miserable old sod very happy.

Nah not at all Russ. I started ages ago and it has bothered me that it has taken me so long to finish. Top piece of work my friend.

Is this still available in the club shop? Maybe I’m being a bit thick but the online club shop is absolute rubbish. Can’t find or see anything apart from the kits and training gear. There doesn’t appear to be a menu or search facility.
