Add to this moan now we have to empty our pockets and a full pat down when are adding full cavity searches sorry but it's totally out of control.Saw a very old guy in his 80s treated like a terrorist the club needs to look into this.

When I arrived at the Habbin at about 19.15 there was already a sizeable queue back onto the common path and only 1 turn style open. Then a second opened but with the rain making screens wet it took longer for the scanners to recognise people’s QR code tickets. Didn’t help with some people not having their screen/qr code ready despite having plenty of time to get it ready.

Presumably people didn't want to get the ticket ready in the rain where it could damage their phones.

They eventually opened up another and just clicked people through with no check. Got in just in time for the reff to call it off. Utterly soaked. Bit of a que I can accept as we were cutting it close but it was hardly moving at all.
If it was due to wet phone screens peoples season tickets would have worked just fine.

May I convey my roaring sweating disgust at the calibre of cretinous corporate arsewipe evidently running this football club, from that Burger-King Satanage badge-changing baxtad right the way down to the lumpen fecking orange imbeciles at the Habbin gates with the collective intelligence of a single mid-sized cabbage, who stood there gawping through the wire at 200 supporters queueing obediently the length of Coldham's Common in a fecking biblical deluge while the game is underway, rather than using the modicum of fecking initiative they've inevitably been given at their accursed births & OPENING THE FECKING ARSE GATES. After all, we've got fecking tickets. It's a good job that breathing isn't voluntary, for I suspect these gormless monkeys would've expired years ago.
Good evening.

Yeah huge queue as they only had 3 people doing this, I had to pat myself down as well (very odd) I assume it's because of the youth's in the NRE at the moment but surely just target them and get everyone else in?

What’s triggered these full body searches to get in the NRE? Waste of time. Especially when you have to wait in the rain for them.
Can CUSP raise it with the club?

I wonder if anyone got in late and missed the whole thing. Yes - I told 2 guys outside the Habbin gate on the bridge that the ref had taken the players off and I couldn’t see it restarting.

It’s crazy. My son is 15 and gets asked his age. Sometimes he is patted down, other times nothing and sometimes pat himself down. I guess some don’t as he is a child but should be consistent. Queue at the searches today in NRE so just walked past them, need to have more than 3 people doing it.

I thought that, as much as I love our club, this was amateur.
Bought a ticket for the South Habbin (but found those turnstiles closed).
I went back & queued for 20 mins for the North Habbin. Soaked. Nobody from the club to be seen. . I entertained myself by telling the many Bolton fans in our queue that they were in the wrong queue. Many students questioning why they’d paid to stand in a stationary queue in heavy rain with no explanations. When I finally got to the turnstiles, only three were open. I was then told that my ticket had already been used …… the guy on the turnstile took pity on me and let me in.
Walked in to watch the players leave the pitch.
Sure - I know the weather was extreme. However it made us all look a bit silly.
I know it was wet but can I suggest that next time someone from the club reacts & at least shares information.

We do seem to be a bit tinpot.
The other game a huge steward stood right in front of some young kids in NRE blocking view but would not move.

There is a supporters feedback survey after each game to pass these concerns on.
