Quite what LT is doing with Monserrat is very hard to track down, I saw a report that they had 2 matches with Antigua but where and when it didn't say. What Sullay Kai Kai is doing with Sierra Leone is equally opaque. I have drawn a complete blank on that one. Which begs the question shouldn't those 2 and to a slightly lesser degree Bonne & Okedina be working hard in Cambridge not going off on a glorified holiday to the Caribbean and Africa. given the situation CU are in? Given that Danny Andrew, James Brophy & Jack Lankester where playing in a golf tournament on Wednesday (as were Liam O'Neil & Josh Coulson FWIW) doesn't seem like much hard work has been going on this week! Another silly thing to moan about.

They were taking part in a tournament to raise funds for teenage cancer charities. A load of players took part last year too. Plus Wednesdays are a regular day off training. It’s all good.

View AttachmentI had seen it was for Charity and wasn’t knocking it. I was just replying to the original post suggesting that the players were all hard at work in Cambridge. Some time off from each other may help as it did this time last year. Need Good Fridays match to come round so there is something for the bored board to debate!

Bonne starts & scores for Zimbabwe today. And they end up coming back to win on penalties....quite why there was a penalty shootout in a friendly is beyond me but hey! Jubs is in the starting line up for Malawi against Kenya, again a friendly, although that game seems to have been delayed so who fucking knows wagwan with that. Edit: Now underway and they're losing 2 nil after 5 minutes. Jubs partially responsible for the first and gives away a penalty for the second.

As it's a friendly will he still be available for an England call up in the future?

They're both playing in the "4 Nations" tournament, hence the penalties and delayed start to the Malawi game, which is at the same venue. Jubs got work to do if he wants to meet Macaulay in the final though.

Ah that's pretty cool actually. Fair play, think this one is only heading in one direction!

Apart from he’s playing rather than watching this time. Hopefully it stays that way, he's rubbish. Having lost our last 2 games by a combined total of 10-0.. I’ll be hugely disappointed if at 2pm next Friday, Okedina is not named in the starting line up. He has an error in him for sure, but he’s still learning his trade and offers the team far more than the Morrison/Rennett combination.

He offers the opposing team a goal most times he plays, which is why he doesn't get played, he's always the weak link, but sure he'll get he's chance to mess up again.

Another player who gets better with every game he doesn’t play.
