Hi Guys,
We are currently asking for feedback on the catering on match days, good or bad if we do not know about it we can not improve it.
Thanks in advance

It's no good asking for feedback unless you respond to it! For the second time:
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CHOCOLATE IN THE HOT CHOCOLATE DRINK.
Thank you.

I've 'stickied' this to keep it at the top.
Nice to see the drinks machines working again!

Firstly, keep the Chicken Balti pies, PLEASE. It's the only thing keeping me sane on matchdays.
And on the behalf of my friend in the Habbin, you need an extra body serving to keep the queues down and last week there was no pies whatsoever. Get stocking up!
P.S. Pass my phone number on to the blonde lass working behind the Main Stand food bar ;D

Onions with the burgers would be nice. Just not the same without.

More pies in the Habbin food bar full stop would be good as there were none left at 3.00 pm and the last chicken & mushroom pie was sold at about 2.40 pm ! Have to say though that the spinach & feta slice was nice but a balti pie would have been better !

I also couldn't get my hands on a Chicken balti pie from the Habbin bar at 2:50 ish after queueing for a fair while, foolishly I flounced off and then had to queue another 5 mins at half time for a burger, which was fresh off the hotplate tasty as ever but no onions available.

Get some decnet bread and butter it, cook a lot of bacon and put it between the bread, more than 2 slices. Put a lot of bacon in and people will love it.

I've yet to be given food poisoning, so must be doing something right.
I remember having a burger at the Luton game last season (the 1-1 draw). I was rather sick.

Favourite CUFC player: Spriggs. Dublin. Pitt. Lennett.
Favourite CUFC match: vs Leicester C (H) 1982. Without that...?

The spinach pasties are great! Might have gone back for another drink at HT but the queue was so long I didn't bother. Didn't see any chocolate bars & I'd have bought one of those for the second half too... (Habbin)

Last Saturday, the bread roll that came with the Bacon Roll was stale & dry. As a result of this it fell apart when my Son tried to eat it. The Bacon fell out onto the floor, not impressed!
£3 for a bacon roll is not cheap! It was purchased from the food bar behind the clapped out toilets at the end of the main stand.
I reckon my Son is owed a replacement one!
You need to sell chips!

I'm pleased there is an opportunity to feedback on the food!
Negatives first, sorry :-) Please stop advertising 'mash and gravy from October' on the Habbin price board as its not available even now in late November. And start properly advertising the things that are e.g. the full range of pies. Best solution is a simple blackboard where the staff can clearly write what is actually available on the day and scrub off what has sold out. Saves embarrassing the customers when they ask for something that isn't available. Also saves the pies having to be awkwardly scribbled in the space between the permanent writing on the existing boards.
Also, there is a real opportunity to sell me twice as much as you currently do! At 2pm i arrive hungry, you could sell me a proper lunch for, say, £7 or £8 but instead there is only single items like burgers, hotdog, or pies. Same for evening kickoffs which are at dinner time. There must be hearty filling meals that can be cooked in a kitchen, put into silver trays, then kept warm in the food bars until sale (Shepherds Pie and veg? Macaroni cheese with bacon, with garlic bread?)
Now the positive! Burgers are really nice. Although cheese and onions would make them seem like fairer value for fans as they aren't cheap. Also the choice of pies and pasties is great, plus the quality is also there which is important. Thankfully the hotdogs are sausages rather than frankfurters which is good but I wasn't too keen when I tried them... perhaps you can use Newmarket sausages instead?

Think the middle part of your post is expecting too much, if it was that simple then I'm sure a lot of football clubs would be doing it. At the moment there is only one (Kidderminster) doing it out of all the football grounds I have ever been to!
Haven't been down to a game since September so I'm really looking forward to trying these Balti pies when I'm home for Christmas. At the beginning of the season the burgers/hot dogs were definitely a big improvement on what we've had in previous years.

Hopefully the pies will be in stock by x-mas.
Another problem at the Habbin tea bar was they ran out of change on saturday.
