Anyone got de Gea's number? Fiorentina have it currently How did I miss that? Anyway, only joking as he was mentioned in another thread.

So, Dwight Gayle signs for Hibs; literally 'out of our league' then!

If we have no budget left, and I have good reason to believe that is absolutely not true, then we really are a) useless in the transfer market - Strang out - and b) utterly stuffed going forward as we have to replace the whole squad ( nearly) again next Summer.

It’s what Monk says in his press conference when asked re transfers and free agents

I’d be confident that if a free agent that Stronk were initially interested in suddenly became a financially viable signing for us, then I think funds would be made available.

Yes, but then you are likely swapping like for like and not improving the squad ? It is clear we have missed out on major targets who would have cost more than some of the late replacements, and if the late replacements did cost the same then it appears to be poor business and the spiral continues. Something is clearly wrong in our recruitment approach, unless Loft turns into a 20 goal striker and Richards plays more than 10 minutes before Xmas.

I dunno I feel like it might be a bit early to be criticising next season's recruitment

Has anyone actually seen Loft at the club , I’m beginning to think he and Gardner turned up at the wrong club and no ones realised they have extra players training and we are too embarrassed to admit we have lost them but happy to pay their wages hoping to keep it quiet.

The return flight from Portugal was overbooked so they are still at Faro airport waiting on standby for a seat on the next EasyJet to Stansted.

I dunno I feel like it might be a bit early to be criticising next season's recruitment "Next manager" OUT! It seems more like a criticism of the player wage budget. Pretty much saying we don't make and spend enough to compete at this level. Yet this is what was remarkable about getting into L1 in the first place.

Someone sat next to Loft in the stand at one of the home games so we know he has found his way to Cambridge. Suspect he may get a few minutes in the Charlton game.
