After watching 'The Great Hack' I have little faith in fair elections ever being possible. With a tiny percentage of people needed to swing a result and the amount of personal information these data companies have on us it'll just come down to who has the money & power to show the people what they want to see.

Let’s just get Brexit completed as we voted for. The other option is Corbyn the communist who is so desperate for power it’s scary. The more I hear Boris the more I like him. As someone who voted Labour for many years I never thought I would say that. Suspending parliament is a good thing, it’s become undemocratic as too many MP’s are too selfish and arrogant with their snouts in the EU trough.

Frankly this just reads like a bunch of lazy sound bites. We’re in this mess precisely because people can’t agree on what getting “Brexit done” means. Corbyn may be desperate for power, but he pales in comparison to Boris who voted for Brexit IN ORDER to get into power. How exactly are MPs in the EU trough?! Farage is the one whose been taking their money in one hand and slapping them around with the other. And now you’ve got yourself in a position where you think it’s ok to suspend our parliamentary democracy to implement one group’s version of ‘Brexit’? Get a grip of yourself!

I'm sorry but parliament is not being democratic. These people are here to serve the people and by trying to stop Brexit they are doing the opposite. Swinson and Lucas have already said that if we hold another referendum and we again vote to leave they still won't accept the result and still try to stop it. The arrogance and selfishness is astounding.

The arrogance and selfishness is astounding. Sounds like you want a general election asap so the MPs we have at present can be replaced with more MPs in favour of 'the result' as you see it. They are accountable to us at a general election so let the people decide at a general election what they want. We have a parliamentary system that is winner takes all. If don't get a good working majority to achieve that then we either carry on as we are or repeat the process until we get that working majority. This is the way we do things here when the arithmatic doesn't add up to get anything done in parliament. Sooner we get on with this the better. It is the only way out of this quagmire. Bring it on.

The arrogance and selfishness is astounding. Swinson and Lucas both stood on platforms of opposing No Deal and giving the people the final say on a Brexit deal. They are sticking to that line. Sounds pretty democratic to me. Even Brexiteers can’t agree on the detail of what ‘Brexit’ should mean, and yet it is politically convenient to scapegoat Remainers for the mess

Once the dust has settled on all this, there's going to be several new entries for democracy in the dictionary. It clearly means a lot of conflicting things to many people.

It will also be made clear that only a right-wing junta is able to deliver this brand of democracy.

The referendum was democratic. What’s happening now with these selfish remoaners is not. We need to deliver Brexit otherwise democracy is dead and selfish arrogant people get what they want and not what was voted for.

Great. Really looking forward to this dragging on and on and on. If this government ever mentions democracy again I shall weep.

Even when it's done, the first thing will be renegotiating with all the people we've just given the ol' coffee beans to.
No deal will be an absolute mess, anyone thinking that's a good outcome just because ''they need to get on with it and democracy or something idelogical'' really needs to reassess a little bit.
We're seeing an election soon, and Boris will win at a landside.
