Fulham reserves. A capacity of 427 should do for that one

"I'm not boycotting, it's just not of any interest or significance to me anymore. Boring"
Still boycotting, but they really have managed to kill this competition stone dead haven't they?
What was a nice little cup to play a few fringe players and youngsters in the early rounds before maybe stumbling your way to the latter stages where sh*t started to get real is now just dull.
No idea if it can even be rescued if they ditch the b-teams. I get the feeling the damage has already been done.

I'd personally be more inclined to make an appearance if it were a "true cup competition" - all L1 & L2 teams only. Almost certainly I wouldn't be there for those first couple of rounds - rainy mid-week games. But as "sh*t started to get real" I'd certainly be along for the ride.
As it stands now, the club could make quarter finals, semi finals - but with B Teams and it being a potential gateway competition, just cannot throw any money at it.
Difference for me is I would go to Wembley to watch Cambridge Vs Whoever in the final of a L1 & L2 clus only competition. I would be as far away from Wembley as possible and not watch the final of the competition in its current form.

So another company has decided to sponsor this joke of a competition. And another to add to the list of places that I will no longer frequent..
Checkatrade (plenty of other directory sites to use) Leasing.com. (no need but won’t bother) and now Papa Johns (no more stops at Fleet services)

Rather apt don’t you think?

Whatever our views on this competition I feel at the moment it is a vital revenue stream if we can keep winning. Like all clubs at our level we need every penny we can get.

Two wins equals £20k so far. We only received £5k for the away win at Birmingham in the League Cup. I don’t support the current concept of the Trophy, but the additional revenue is critical of the current time.

Yep it's one of those necessary evils this year. I won't pay to watch these games but I hope we get a good run for some much needed additional funds in the coffers.

A very good opportunity to progress and make more money in this next Tuesday. The wife beater has just announced that he won't have any of the team that played tonight playing next Tuesday. Not that I am complaining, but I thought there were rules against that sort of thing happening?

Who actually gives a rubbish about this game? I will spend another £10 on club merchandise instead of watching this crap and giving half the money to scum and iFollow.

Good chance for the £10k and some minutes into Knibbs, Knowles & Dallas

I understand that Radio Cambridge (shire) will be using the Pish commentary team for this one

Why? It's at home, so surely should have the home teams commentary?

Maybe to give Doug and Jonno a night off, I don't think the Posh team are the same every game unlike ours. I know Jono has been unwell recently.
I won't bother listening if they do that.
