Sigh of relief now he's signed, RBennett felt like the long shot of the group. Fingers crossed we get all five.

Fantastic news and a 2 year to boot. Was more concerned about him not signing than Bennett

Glad Stevenage didn't exploit the, haven't signed anyone for two days, loophole.

What a guy - "it's important sometimes to realise what you've got rather than look elsewhere"
I love that attitude. I'm proud to have guys like him play for us.

Brilliant, I am so pleased.
After the retained list came out, it was H and Diggers that I really wanted to stay and we've kept them both. Great character, great player and a real leader. The natural successor to Greg T as club captain, perhaps with H as vice captain.
Great news.
As for a chant, he reminds me a lot of Wanny, so how about Digby, King of the Abbey?

Delighted he’s re signed with us, was the most important of the 5 players offered in my opinion. To play every game last season is a great achievement, put another decent cm next to him and he will have another class two seasons.

That’s great news and I agree with others his was the most important signing of the five to have been offered new deals. I was worried we might lose him, but delighted to hear this!
