Neil Robertson was tweeting about us quite a bit recently, even after the win at Wigan when he’d just finished or was in the middle of his first round game at the World Championships. Does he still live in Cambridge? Some time ago I played a frame against him (pool rather than snooker) at Frames, before he became famous! He was far, far too good for me and I didn’t pot a ball! Lives in Bottisham

Makes sense Jerry. I wonder which non-toff school in Cambridge had/has the highest proportion of U's? I know the most from Parkside... Bonner is an SVC lad isn’t he? He is indeed an SVC lad, (Sawston not Soham). That often gets mixed up depending on who you speak too, I was a fellow SVC (Sawston) lad but my girls now go to Soham VC so often mixed up. I have mentioned before I was friends with his old brother and do remember him from those school days of many years ago. Wasn't the most pleasant of schools and for some reason we had rivalries with both Netherhall School and just Arbury kids in general.

Does Nick Hornby still qualify even though he's an Arsehole Gooner these days?

Does Nick Hornby still qualify even though he's an Arsehole Gooner these days? Boxer I met him very briefly once, when he was launching a new book in 2008 or 2009. I got in the queue for a book signing pretty much solely to ask him when he last went to one of our games. He placed it as when Charlton were at Upton Park, which dates it to around 1994 (give or take). Chris Haslam is a United fan, chief travel writer at the Times.

Do we include Jamie Oliver in this? I know he's never been to a game and I don't think there's any evidence he's ever supported us but it was a popular rumour back in the conference days An old friend of mine apparently used to knock around with Oliver in his teens. Pretty sure he once told me they went to the odd game but they weren’t proper Us fans

Hornby was my English teacher at Parkside in early 80s. He used to go to most of the home games then. Don’t know if he still gets to the Abbey occasionally

Former Manchester United, West Ham and MK Dons footballer Luke Chadwick is a massive Cambridge fan apparently. Not sure if that's common knowledge or not.

There's also some of the guys from Mallory Knox who are very vocal in their support. I think it's mainly Sam who's a Cambridge fan the others I think came along a few times for the big away days (I imagine for a few beers). You've also got Chesnoid gaming who is a minor celeb in youtube circles (the much younger crowd) Joe from Mallory is a NRE regular

Kentish Probably not, but I'd imagine the vast majority of Cambridge fans have heard of Max Rushden or Mark Saggers. They're not superstars, but I reckon it's common knowledge among Cambridge fans that they are both 'one of us'.

Wasn't there supposed to some chap from big brother supported us (or had walked past the stadium once)
There was also a chap from a band on pop idols that supported us wasn't there? Is that the Mallory Knox guy?
