New no1 Goalkeeper needed, Mitov is so poor, game after game, he's becoming a figure of fun now.

I'd go back to Jones and Oke. They look our best pairing by far. Taylor should be used sparingly.
Not sure what's happened to us this season. We can't seem to out muscle sides like we did last year. We look a bit light weight to me. Joe can't seem to dominate centre backs like he used to. Maybe we've been found out a bit. We seem to have lost that solid defensive mindset we had whilst also losing our attacking flair. Our creative players are all bang out of form and that's a real worry as Jones is the only one that seems to carry the ball forward for us.
God knows what the solution is but a lot of folk in the main stand seem to have become expert league 1 managers over night.

Greg Taylor is not going to be dropped. Noticed he was Captain today over Digby. I just can't see MB dropping his Captain.
Another mistake really. Digby is far more vocal and should be wearing the armband for all sorts of reasons.

Let's have some perspective.
We have had a tough run of games..... Out of the last four games, the only one I'm really disappointed with is the Bristol Rovers game...
The next win will be tough to find because we haven't had that feeling for a while. However, once we do, I think we could well be stronger for this experience.
The second season is always harder than the first. For me, staying in league one is the goal.
At least we got more corners....

You, on the other hand, are have a stinking elongated run of dismal grammar & substandard syntax. Where the crapping arse are your full stops? And as for the conjuntion of 'He' & 'is'? It's 'He's' for fecking hell's sake. Jesus Christ. Arse, arse, arse.

I have to say that this United side is a desperately poor shadow of the one I was watching this very time 12 months ago.
Is it really all about Wessi going?

No we did nt recruit enough players and the ones we did Bons does nt use that much also going into the season with the Taylor and O'Neill playing as much as they have when really neither are this level anymore was a slight mistake.Need to get back to a side that gets in the faces of the opposition and grinds out results something we have nt done lately.

It was pretty clear that Mitov was injured after that late tackle, I think from Gregory, in the first half. Without that injury he easily makes the second goal, although the bizarre spin the ball took would still have made it difficult. There was obviously a decision made at half-time between Bonner, Mitov and the medical team. I think if there was a more experienced goalkeeper on the bench we wouldn't have seen Mitov for the second half.

What is the point of having a keeper on the bench if he’s not going to come on when the keeper is injured ?

On reflection they looked Like an Evans team only with some skill. Time and again they left the foot in and in midfield protected their defence by pushing pulling and holding taking it in turn to get booked. Another three of their side should have seen a card of some colour. Found Tracey really frustrating in that he never put a challenge on anyone and indeed both Smith and Knibbs had to do his work for him. Also when given the ball he waited until he had two players with him before starting his runs. He should run early and cut the ball back if our forwards are still catching up.Really is no more than an impact sub for last twenty minutes of games. Simper looks like a player consistently finding a team mate in space. Pity that his great strike was blocked bySmith.

He paid a fee for Rossi, and Taylor keeps being selected instead and keeps giving away goals.

I would imagine that Paul Barry is delighted with the progress we have made under Bonner in the last few years and is more than happy to defer first team selection to him.

I think a manager is always likely to defer to experience in a poor run so I have no real problem with Greg playing at the moment.
Individual errors leading to goals were happening before he was in the side so I don't think we can argue it's a Taylor specific problem that can be easily solved by dropping him. Clearly it's annoying they're still happening but I'd rather the 32 year captain bears the weight of that responsibility rather than a couple of 21 year olds, and I suspect we're protecting them rather than playing favourites with Greg.
