Not a huge fan of the lack of any amber at all on the new white theme. The shadow around the black text isn't great either. I'm guessing you're viewing the forum on mobile? If so, I've been trying to remove that blasted shadow. Proboards do not make this easy, and there are some confusing links between desktop & mobile colour usage. If not, where are you seeing the text shadow? Any thoughts on where a bit more amber would work well? |

Despite 20 million posts I can't remember exactly how it was before but wasn't it black before with amber text? |

It's not exactly as it was, but the old colours caused a few accessibility problems for desktop users. I'm tinkering to get looks and ease-of-use a little more in-balance. |

Kentish Attached is a comparison of the colour used on the forum (left) vs the colour used on our badge (right, as screenshotted from Mike's avatar). To me the new colour is far too orange, but I'm probably not the best judge as I'm inherently anti change of any sort at the best of times. Attachments:

The updated shade of "amber" was taken directly from the official club website - I'd hoped the club would use the best colour there!
I've updated it to more closely match the shade used in the official badge (which is still fairly different from the old colour).

Please put it back to the previous shade. Sorry the new shade just seems wrong, looks peach to me.

I changed mine to white with black and amber trim per TSFOR’s previous post. Far better. I am elevated: I feel alive!

I've updated it to more closely match the shade used in the official badge (which is still fairly different from the old colour). I don't think there's any winning this one. The club themselves are famously patchy, even with a pantone. Remember that conference Vandanel kit that had three different oranges and two shades of purply-browny "black"? |

I used to stay logged in to the site pretty much all the time, but now I am being booted presumably after a period of inactivity. Any chance that change could be reversed, it's annoying having to log in every time. Not very annoying but annoying enough for me to write this.

As a suggestion, perhaps when a thread goes off on a tangent when two people start having a go at each other, that argument can be moved to a new thread entitled 'Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!'
