Outplayed him in the first set. Of course Federer is still very much in this, but clashes between Muzza and the other top players are no longer foregone conclusions. He is their equal.

Hoping Murray gets through. I think Murray vs Djokovic is the best game on the tour at the moment. Never boring tennis between them two!

Stonking 4th set. Muzza immense in the 2nd half of the set but Fed shows his class to fight back and pinch it.
Roll on the 5th. I love my job :-)

Great match but Murray has, bar the two tiebreaks, dominated.
How is your job linked to this, by the way?

Agreed, Murray has been the better player today. The job itself isn't really linked. As mentioned in the 'what do you do for a living' thread, it's more a lifestyle. I was about to go out for a ride on the racing bike and saw Murray was on. I'll go out on the bike afterwards and get ready for a few beers and a meal tonight. I'll get the missus walking the streets over the weekend, it'll be fine

Does she support Grimsby? HE'S DONE IT! Ha ha. Nah, but she'll be up at the amber temple tomorrow. Great performance from Murray, saw the 5th set out quite comfortably. He was just too good for Fed today. Okey-dokey, my trusty steed awaits.

Great victory and I suspect many more Slams to come for Murray.
That win is the greatest sporting achievement in British sporting history.

Really?
I mean I'm not necessarily disagreeing but it sounds like a pretty good place to start a debate from...
I'd throw in there Ellen McArthur for sailing around the planet in 70 days or so. Bradley Wiggins for winning the Tour de France last year. Steven Redgrave, Matthew Pinsent and James Cracknell and Tim Foster winning gold in the rowing at the Olympics, Paula Radcliffe setting a marathon record in 2003...
There are loads and this ranks up there with them for sure.
