The Witcher 3 is an excellent Open World game, and kept me occupied for a while.
8.2/10

Loved Oblivion. Would be ashamed to admit how many hours I put into that game while 'working' from home (in my old job, before someone thinks about dropping me in it with my current employer!)
I did with Red Dead Redemption what I have done with so many games before it - got probably just over halfway through and stopped. It's tricky sometimes to get back into a game that is so big and also that has such a good storyline, as you feel like the moment has kind of gone.
I'll almost certainly return to that, as with GTAV, which I stopped playing because of one annoying driving mission.
I've been weighing up The Witcher. I did get Dragon Age Inquisition and loved it for a while, then again lost all interest when the difficulty curve seemed too harsh for my novice skills.

Dragon age was horrible, Fallout 4 is brilliant and Far Cry Primal is out next week which has lots of good reviews so i'll probably grab that

I thought it started promisingly enough pretty much up until the point that I became 'the Inquisitor', but once I got to really wandering off in the world, it felt a bit hollow and I didn't really enjoy the combat.
I'm still on the 360 so nextgen games are out for me. Going to have to upgrade soon I guess.

Anyone downloaded the FM17 Beta?
If so what do you think of it? Worth buying?
Also how are our players rated?

The Witcher 3 is an excellent Open World game, and kept me occupied for a while. 8.2/10 Finally got round to playing this after getting an Xbox One for Christmas - right up there with the very best games I've ever played. Not sure I've ever seen such carefully crafted characters and storylines in such a vast game. Also, under some pressure from mates who wanted to play online, got FIFA 18 and it's come a long way since I last played in in 2009, but it just doesn't really hold my attention. Getting into Fallout 4, which came with the console, and intrigued to see if Far Cry 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 live up to the hype. After a good few years without really playing games properly, I'm getting the bug again.

Fortnite is fun for a bit, especially in teams. Gona give Battlefield 1 a go now I've got EA Access.
