I’ve come to the conclusion I won’t go to any games until January/ February, which is why I didn’t get a season ticket.

I don't expect to see a U's game in the flesh this season. While our Government looks for monsters where there aren't any, i.e. remains determined to do Chris Whitty's bidding, however absurd, we will not be going to football. We might never see the U's again, sorry to say.

There are other reasons I didn’t get a season ticket but do feel we won’t be in the grounds until after Christmas. Also I can’t get to every game due to work.

Well if you are that supportive of the club, then here's an idea: Why don't you pay twice then to make up for him not getting a season ticket. If he doesn't want to get a season ticket, for a perfectly good reason, then it's his choice. he doesn't need stupid comments like this.

No idea if there will be matches cancelled regionally during local lockdowns before Lockdown#2 happens...eg.Bolton / Blackburn areas spring to mind.
Not looking good for home game v Newport at the moment for fans in October and any test game before then unfortunately.

The way I read it is that why pay out for something you can’t watch. As a family man with 3 kids I would love the chance to watch the U’s and if I had a greater income would have spent the money purchasing an ST. I haven’t and family comes first

I’ve had one for 30 years. We all have different circumstances.

Bang out of order if people call out others for not buying a season ticket. We are going through a pandemic and people have no idea what others are going through in their personal life.
If you have to cut your cloth accordingly then others cannot judge you for that.

It really wasn't a 'bleat', was it? You've been on here less than a month, are you going to f uck off even quicker?
